Job Overview
We are looking for a full-time Administrator to provide administrative support to our BMA Scotland Office and our team of Member Service advisers based in Scotland. This is predominantly an office-based position, however we continue to follow current government guidance.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- experience of secretarial and/or administrative work,
- excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- strong communication skills both written and verbal are required together with the ability to work as part of a team.
- tact and diplomacy
- excellent customer service as well as being IT literate with experience of working with databases and MS Office.
The BMA is an independent trade union and professional association for doctors. We provide advice and representation to doctors who are BMA members.
