About the role

We’re looking for a CRM Business Application Consultant to join our Technology Services team. This is a newly created role within the directorate and the successful candidate will have functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with the ability to map business processes and requirements to the best practices and features of the solutions.

The CRM Business Application Consultant will work with colleagues in the business applications team and collaborate with departments across the organisation, acting as the end users’ agent, delivering solutions to their needs. This will include conducting business analysis and gathering information, supporting the design, configuration and testing of new requirements. They will work closely with the main supplier and will also seek opportunities to improve service and lead on recommendations for change.

 

The be successful as a CRM Business Application Consultant you’ll have:

  • 5 years + experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM and ERP systems
  • Certificate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or other relevant technologies
  • Proven skills in business analytics, project management, communication, problem solving and customer service
  • Understanding of dashboards and reporting
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to work with other teams and to collaborate on projects
  • Ability to communicate technical details of solutions to customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
