Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Employment Advisor. This role is based in the Member Relations team in our Wales office, located in Cardiff.
Graduate or equivalent with extensive working experience of casework, advising / representing employees and / or employers. A legal or CIPD qualification would be an advantage. Up to date and in-depth expert knowledge of employment law, employee relations, human resource policies, procedures and good practice, and terms and conditions under which NHS doctors work.
