About the role
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team to partner with our Commercial and Estates functions. In this newly created role the Finance Business Partner will be a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership team and Directors, providing financial analysis and insight to support the successful running of the BMA estate. (This includes BMA House in Central London and our National Offices). They will also contribute to the key refurbishment and improvement projects within BMA House, a grade listed building creating financial plans that contribute to the long term sustainability of the asset and an opportunity to increase revenue for the Association.

This is a hybrid role and will involve a mix of working from home and from BMA House in central London (minimum 1 day per week in the office).
To be successful as a Finance Business Partner - Commercial & Estates you'll have:
- An accounting qualification with a recognised professional accounting body (CCAB or equivalent) (essential)
- Demonstrable experience of financial business partnering in a commercial setting (essential)
- Experience of advising and challenging senior business leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proficient in using and interpreting data and analytics to support analysis and decision making
- Ability to manage prioritise and manage competing priorities
- Experience and knowledge of estates/venues management or hospitality would be advantageous
