Growth marketing manager

Job Overview

Are you an experienced and results orientated marketing professional looking for a new opportunity? Up for the challenge of growing the membership base of a leading trade union and professional association for UK doctors? 

We are looking for a pro-active creative and well-organised individual, confident working and liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the association, to manage our growth marketing operation on a fixed-term contract, up to one year.

With one direct report, the role of the growth marketing manager is to oversee, integrate and support in the creation, development and execution of marketing campaigns, to contribute to improved member recruitment levels.

In your new role you will be:

  • working closely with other communication colleagues as well as other teams in membership, product, insight and those working with members out in the field
  • working to establish seamless journeys across all member interactions.
  • managing multiple projects, campaigns and stakeholders at once.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • proven skills of managing end-to-end campaigns, together with data analysis and reporting,
  • budget management experience is essential
  • experience with acquisition and prospecting campaigns and activities to grow our non-member database and to maximise conversions of those prospects.
  • experience of digital marketing best practice ( from search and PPC through to A/B testing and content and social media marketing)
  • have knowledge of using insight and data to build and evolve successful campaigns. 
  • previous experience in CRM development and/or integration would be desirable.
