About the role
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our People and Corporate Development team on a 9 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will oversee the management of the BMA’s member learning and development offer for members, elected members and activists to ensure that they have the support needed to carry out their roles and responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the BMA’s member and activist learning and development strategy and the development of new learning opportunities across different topics.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of working from home and from our London office (BMA House).
In this role you will:
- Manage the learning and development offer for our members
- Lead on the development of new learning opportunities across different topics
- Manage any current and future collaborations with external learning providers
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience of project management and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (essential)
- Experience and knowledge of learning & development, including different modalities and technologies (essential)
- Experience of managing multiple projects or products and identifying future needs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and undertake research and review where needed
- Good awareness and understanding of trends, technology and developments within the product design area
We anticipate interviews will take place week commencing 4th November and will be virtual via MS teams.
