About the role

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Member Relations team. The Administration team provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of Employment Advisers, Industrial Relations Officers and Regional Coordinators. They will also act as first point of contact to BMA members and other stakeholders contacting the department.

The successful candidate will have a variety of key responsibilities including preparing documents and papers, handling enquiries, database updates, supporting with events and case management.

This role is home based and can be based anywhere in the UK

To be successful as a Member Relations Administrator you'll have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Good team working and relationship management skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to handle complex and confidential information
  • Accuracy with a good eye for detail
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service 
  • Experience of working with the full MS Office suite/CRM is required.
