Job Overview
The British Medical Association (BMA) is the professional association and trade union for doctors and medical students in the UK. It has a prominent and influential position at the very heart of current debate over the future of healthcare provision. The BMA speaks for doctors at all stages of their careers and is a leading voice on a wide range of professional and political issues affecting medicine and health.
We are looking for a Membership Manager to join the membership function within the Member Relations Directorate. This role will be responsible for data quality of the membership database, financial processing relating to membership subscriptions, membership retention and delivering change to improve the member experience. The successful candidate will need to have experience of CRM to support the new Microsoft dynamic system we will be implementing from early 2022.
