About the role

We are looking for a Multimedia Producer who will be responsible for producing a wide range of engaging multimedia content across the BMA.

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months and will involve a mix of working at home and from BMA House in Central London. 

There will also be a requirement for the successful candidate to travel across the UK as and when required to film on location.

Working within our in-house creative team, the successful candidate will:

  •  Provide a video, audio production and editing service covering a wide range of outputs.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to a variety of communications challenges, liaising effectively with project leads on initial brief, script, shoot, edit, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with the engagement and communications teams to plan out and deliver engaging content for our digital channels
  •  Assisting the Senior Multimedia Producer in providing photographic services, including undertaking and planning photoshoots, or arranging external resource as necessary.

To be successful as a Multimedia Producer you'll have:

  • Professional and demonstrable experience in a multimedia environment (experienced in producing videos, audio and photography)
  • Experience in creating engaging narrative based content
  • High level of interviewing skills with the ability to build successful relationships and obtain information required
  • Creative and innovative with the ability to ensure that the clients needs are met
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in order to provide best solution to briefs
  • A knowledge and understanding of the issues facing the UK doctor population today would be an advantage
