Pay Campaign Creative Support Officer

Job Overview

The Communications & Policy Directorate is looking to recruit someone to a newly created post to help in the ongoing efforts to secure fair pay for our members. Initially a short-term, three-month post, the successful candidate will be focused on the campaign for pay restoration for junior doctors in England, as well as preparing for possible industrial action, though they may be required to support other related campaigns as and when required.

 

The role will be focused on developing new ideas for advertising and promotional opportunities, and producing copy for different outputs and channels. This includes, but is not limited to, campaign posters, social media infographics, newspapers advertisements, multimedia scripts, and campaign collateral. All of this will be insight driven using public perception research and engagement with elected and grassroots members.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a campaigning background, or someone with the required creative outlook looking to develop their skills in this area, and who is looking to be at the forefront in shifting perceptions in order to deliver for our members.
