About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product executive to join the membership team on a 12-month full-time maternity cover contract, starting in October 2025.
The Product Executive supports all the Product managers in the team in enhancing the BMA’s member value proposition with the development and delivery of digital tools and services that drive member satisfaction and growth.

To be successful as a Product Executive you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in product management, marketing, or customer experience
- Experience and understanding of a Membership organisation
- Some understanding of agile project management and product lifecycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with digital environments and supporting online member services
- Confident analysing and interpreting data
