Job Overview
Are you a talent acquisition specialist or an experienced recruiter who wants to contribute to the growth of a prestigious membership organisation? At the British Medical Association, we’re embarking on an evolution of our talent acquisition approach and this role is integral to that development. As our new Talent Acquisition Manager, you could be leading this important work.
You’ll take ownership of the talent acquisition journey, and be responsible for attracting the best and most diverse talent, through proactively sourcing, assessing and securing high calibre candidates. If you think you’d enjoy working in a hands-on position, providing full support for our stakeholders across the whole recruitment campaign then this could be the role for you.
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Strategically partnering with the hiring managers in the business
- Developing a candidate pipeline
- Influencing culture and behaviours of the organisation
Who are you?
- An experienced professional, able to demonstrate your solid knowledge of the full cycle of talent acquisition. This includes employment branding, recruiting and sourcing across a range of channels, working with Applicant Tracking Systems and using a variety of interview methods.
- A relationship builder – you have a natural skill for making connections and building relationships at all levels and with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiative and creativity are instinctive to you and your excellent communications skills allow you to share this with others
- You thrive on bringing clarity and understanding to resolving issues and supporting the business, taking ownership and delivering results.
