Senior Employment Advisor
Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior employment advisor in the Member relations team in Wales on a permanent, full time contract.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive employment law advice and employee relations support and representation to members on complex matters. You will also line manage three employment advisors and lead in their training, coaching and development.
What you need:
- Graduate or equivalent with extensive working experience of complex casework, advising / representing employees and / or employers (may hold legal or CIPD qualification).
- Up to date and in-depth expert knowledge of employment law, employee relations, human resource policies, procedures and good practice, and terms and conditions under which NHS doctors work.
- You will need to be able to manage a demanding workload and work independently managing your own work diary whilst providing line management support. Effective presentation skills with strong interpersonal and networking skills are essential requirements.
